Quick fact: Over the course of your lifetime, you will spend 90,000 hours at work. Amy is passionate about making those hours count, both for the staff and the employer. Life is too short!

Amy is an accomplished executive leader with extensive experience driving strategy and vision at the highest levels of an organization. She truly loves to work (cross her heart), and what gets her up every morning is helping others do work they find satisfying and invigorating! She is a creative problem-solver who uses her HR experience and talent optimization tools to empower companies, teams, and individuals to discover their best work.

Laura brings a strategic mind, entrepreneurial spirit, and heart for people to her role as Chief Strategy Officer at ProLogic HR. With more than three decades of experience in program development, team leadership, and customer-focused growth, Laura is passionate about guiding businesses from where they are to where they truly want to be.


As the founder of OTO Swim, LLC, Laura built a seasonal business from the ground up, designing a curriculum and serving families with excellence year after year. That same vision, discipline, and adaptability now guide her work at ProLogic. Laura has served in a variety of roles over the years and has built a reputation for thoughtful strategy, clear communication, and team-focused leadership. Laura helps chart the course for ProLogic HR’s evolving future.


Laura has a unique ability to understand how diverse personalities, motivations, and business goals intersect, and is dedicated to building systems that support sustainable, long-term success.



Outside of work, Laura enjoys life in Travelers Rest, SC, with her husband. She’s the proud mother of six and grandmother of nine, roles that fuel her drive to make every hour of work count.

With expertise in all aspects of HR Administration, Heather excels at building highly engaged teams and fostering a strong sense of community. Known for her patience and composure in navigating complex situations, she is well-versed in forging and maintaining strong employee relations, encouraging open communication, and ensuring harmonious collaboration within diverse teams. With a drive for continual growth and improvement, Heather is devoted to streamlining processes and implementing practical solutions, saving valuable time and resources.


Heather’s motivation comes from her husband and four adult children who inspire her to be a better human every day. After work you can be sure to find her spending time with her family, recharging on the yoga mat, cooking up a new recipe, or snuggling up with her adorable grand-dog while indulging in a Grey's Anatomy marathon together.

Her expertise extends to maintaining essential HR documents, orchestrating memorable company events, and ensuring smooth attendance management. When she's not in the office, you’ll find her soaking up the sun with her husband and two energetic boys. Whether it’s unwinding at Edisto Beach, exploring nature trails, or enjoying a friendly game of golf. Every moment is an adventure, and they enjoy making the most of it together.

Lisa’s extensive experience in the complexity of payroll and benefits combined with her ability to stay on top of the ever-changing landscape has proven an invaluable asset to our clients. Having the expertise needed to stay in compliance while remaining flexible enough to leverage opportunities is a rare skill set. Rarer still, is her LOVE (yes, those are her words) of administering benefits and making it understandable to those she’s working with. She has 17 years of experience in finance, HR, and business administration including 20 years as a small business owner! Her experience in a variety of payroll and accounting platforms allows her to flex for each client we serve.


Lisa enjoys the opportunity to positively impact each unique organization and the people she interacts with. When she’s not thinking about payroll and benefits, she’s enjoying the outdoors with her family.

With a knack for precision (think payroll processing down to the penny), Susan ensures that the back-end operations run smoothly so the team can focus on their front-end brilliance. Her broad expertise spans everything from HR functions to everyday administrative tasks, all while keeping a keen eye on accuracy and a heart for people.

An enthusiastic and self-motivated professional, Susan thrives in fast-paced environments. She’s the kind of person who sees every challenge as a chance to learn, improve, and help others succeed at all levels of an organization.


When she’s not ensuring every detail is accounted for at work, you’ll likely find Susan with her husband and three kids. She’s a proud homeschooling mom who doubles as the loudest fan at her kids’ sporting events. Michael ("Mike") Fletcher is our resident operations specialist. With over three decades of expertise in operations and sales management, Mike is a driving force behind our success. His exceptional talent lies in building strong client relationships and implementing processes with a sharp focus on controls and efficiency.


Before becoming a ProLogic consultant, Mike made his mark as a Director in several mid-to-large companies and thrived as the Managing Partner and Owner of a diverse portfolio of businesses. A proud member of the Greenville community for over 20 years, Mike’s deep-rooted connections and extensive experience make him an invaluable asset to our team and supporting our clients.


When he’s not improving a company’s operations, Mike can be found serving the Wellford community as a member of the police force, enjoying time with his six grandkids or exploring the North Carolina mountains by motorcycle with his wife.
