FOUNDER & CEO

Quick fact: Over the course of your lifetime, you will spend 90,000 hours at work. Amy is passionate about making those hours count, both for the staff and the employer. Life is too short!

Amy is an accomplished executive leader with extensive experience driving strategy and vision at the highest levels of an organization. She truly loves to work (cross her heart), and what gets her up every morning is helping others do work they find satisfying and invigorating! She is a creative problem-solver who uses her HR experience and talent optimization tools to empower companies, teams, and individuals to discover their best work.

Lauren brings more than 22 years of Human Resources experience across the manufacturing, nonprofit ministry, and construction industries. What she enjoys most about HR is helping people and organizations find solutions that work—for the business and for the individuals who make it successful.

Throughout her career, Lauren has partnered with employees and leaders to build strong workplace cultures, develop talent, and navigate challenges with a practical, people-first approach. She believes that when employees feel valued, supported, and connected to their work, everyone wins.


When she's not at work, Lauren's world revolves around her family. She and her husband stay busy keeping up with their four children and all the activities that come with them. At home, they're also outnumbered by two dogs and six chickens, which means there's rarely a dull moment and always a good story to tell.

Heather is committed to helping our clients thrive by providing HR functional excellence. Passionate about people and their potential, she is dedicated to cultivating a positive work culture, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations, and propelling employees toward organizational success.


With expertise in all aspects of HR Administration, Heather excels at building highly engaged teams and fostering a strong sense of community. Known for her patience and composure in navigating complex situations, she is well-versed in forging and maintaining strong employee relations, encouraging open communication, and ensuring harmonious collaboration within diverse teams. With a drive for continual growth and improvement, Heather is devoted to streamlining processes and implementing practical solutions, saving valuable time and resources.


Heather’s motivation comes from her husband and four adult children who inspire her to be a better human every day. After work you can be sure to find her spending time with her family, recharging on the yoga mat, cooking up a new recipe, or snuggling up with her adorable grand-dog while indulging in a Grey's Anatomy marathon together.

With over eight years of experience in education, Lillian discovered her true passion in Human Resources, where she's seamlessly transferred her skills to create impactful employee experiences. From pre-employment support to full-cycle onboarding, Lillian thrives on helping new hires find their footing and feel at home in their roles. Her expertise extends to maintaining essential HR documents, orchestrating memorable company events, and ensuring smooth attendance management. Her commitment is to empower employees, fostering an environment where they can excel and contribute to a vibrant company culture.


When she's not in the office, you’ll find her soaking up the sun with her husband and two energetic boys. Whether it’s unwinding at Edisto Beach, exploring nature trails, or enjoying a friendly game of golf. Every moment is an adventure, and they enjoy making the most of it together.

Anna brings a strong foundation in payroll, HCM, and HRIS system configuration, along with hands-on experience supporting core HR functions. She’s known for her adaptability, technical skill, and genuine love of learning, qualities that make her a natural fit for the evolving, strategic work we do every day.


As a Greenville native, Anna is especially passionate about serving organizations in the community she calls home. Her ability to combine operational expertise with a people-first mindset allows her to support both employees and employers with clarity, care, and consistency.


Outside of work, Anna is a new mom who enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs and she’s always eager to dive into a new hobby, with photography currently at the top of the list.

Sydney is passionate about building genuine relationships and believes that strong connections are at the heart of every great workplace. She loves helping people, bringing organization to complex situations, and creating a positive experience for everyone she works with. Whether she's supporting employees, solving problems, or finding ways to make processes run more smoothly, Sydney approaches her work with empathy, enthusiasm, and a people-first mindset.


Before transitioning into Human Resources, Sydney built her career in healthcare, where she learned to stay calm under pressure, adapt quickly, and navigate high-stakes situations with confidence and compassion. Those experiences continue to shape the way she approaches HR every day.



When she's not at work, you'll rarely find Sydney sitting still. She enjoys playing soccer, working out, discovering new hiking trails, and checking destinations off her travel bucket list whenever the opportunity arises. If Alaska is the destination, there's a good chance she's already planned the whole trip before the tickets are booked. She also loves spending time with her boyfriend, family, and friends, making the most of every adventure—whether it's close to home or halfway around the world.

Outside of work, Missy loves photography and cherishes time with her husband, her two daughters, her son-in-law, and Mavis the cat.

With a knack for precision (think payroll processing down to the penny), Susan ensures that the back-end operations run smoothly so the team can focus on their front-end brilliance. Her broad expertise spans everything from HR functions to everyday administrative tasks, all while keeping a keen eye on accuracy and a heart for people.

An enthusiastic and self-motivated professional, Susan thrives in fast-paced environments. She’s the kind of person who sees every challenge as a chance to learn, improve, and help others succeed at all levels of an organization.

She’s a proud homeschooling mom who doubles as the loudest fan at her kids’ sporting events. Krista Broyles

Krista is passionate about supporting people and creating systems that help teams and organizations thrive. She believes that when people feel supported and well-organized, they are able to do their best work. With a natural love for organization and a heart for serving others, Krista brings a calm, thoughtful approach to every role she takes on.


Before joining ProLogic, Krista spent five years working at her church, where she supported administrative operations, worked closely with children, organized weddings, and assisted with counseling for newly engaged couples. Through this experience, she developed a strong ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, communicate with care, and support individuals during meaningful and often high-impact moments in their lives. These experiences continue to shape her people-first approach and attention to detail.



Outside of work, Krista has been homeschooling her children for the past six years—a role that has strengthened her adaptability, creativity, and organizational skills even further. She enjoys CrossFit, traveling when time allows, and spending quality time with family and friends. Whether she’s planning schedules, tackling a workout, or making memories with the people she loves, Krista brings intention and enthusiasm to everything she does.
