Capacity & success bonus (choose the lane that fits)

  • $3,000/mo → Up to 2 concurrent roles; 3% of salary success bonus per hire
  • $5,000/mo → Up to 4 concurrent roles; 3% of salary success bonus per hire

  • Manufacturing or high-turnover roles will be evaluated for volume and given an all-inclusive retainer pricing. Typical monthly pricing runs between $4,000-$7,000 and covers on-going direct staffing needs.

  • What if we don't hire from your shortlist?

    We continue the search within scope until we present a mutually agreed set of qualified finalists. If the role or requirements change materially, we’ll align on scope before continuing.

  • Do you work with internal recruiters?

    Yes—many clients retain us to increase candidate flow and speed while keeping existing systems in place.

  • When should we choose the Retainer?

    If you plan to hire 2+ roles/quarter or want consistent pipelines and employer‑brand lift, the retainer lowers per‑hire cost and time‑to‑fill. Having us on retainer also allows us to build and refine your pipeline over time, leading to better long-term outcomes.

  • Do you recruit for executive/VP roles?

    Yes—most Director+ roles fit our Executive tier ($12k). For VP/C‑suite retained search, we’ll craft a custom Scope of Work.

  • What happens if we find our own candidate after engaging ProLogic?

    Great! Our goal is that you make the right hire, whether we sourced them or not. We adjust fees based on where the search is:


    Before initial shortlist (first 10 business days): You pay only a kickoff fee (30%) for intake, role profile, and sourcing setup. We credit the balance to another role for 6 months.


    After shortlist/interviews delivered: If we’ve presented ≥3 qualified candidates or run interviews, a progress fee (70%) covers completed work; any remainder becomes a credit toward a new role.


    If the hired candidate came from ProLogic outreach/pipeline: The full project fee for your tier applies.


    Retainer clients: The monthly fee continues; the success bonus applies only when you hire a ProLogic‑submitted candidate.
