Key Responsibilities:


Production Oversight:

Manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.

· Develop and implement production schedules, coordinating with other departments to align resources and priorities.


Process Optimization:


· Analyze and improve production processes using engineering principles to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

· Implement lean manufacturing techniques and best practices to enhance productivity.


Team Leadership:


· Lead, mentor, and develop production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.

· Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.


Quality Assurance:


· Address any quality issues promptly, conducting root cause analysis and corrective actions.


Safety Management:


· Promote a culture of safety within the production environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols.

· Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to minimize workplace hazards.


Prepare regular reports on production metrics and performance improvements for senior management.

Qualifications:


Education:


· Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred.


Experience:


· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role, with a strong background in process engineering or manufacturing operations.

· Demonstrated experience in leading teams and driving process improvements.


Skills:


· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams.

· Proficiency in production management software and tools, as well as knowledge of manufacturing technologies.



Work Environment:


· The position may require occasional overtime and flexibility in hours to meet production demands.

· The role involves working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and equipment.

· The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk
