Senior Real Estate Paralegal

Responsibilities: 


● Support aspects of commercial real estate transactions. 

● Prepare and maintain closing checklist.  

● Support aspects of lending transactions 

● Perform Due Diligence 

● Prepare/Draft documents necessary to satisfy title requirements 

● Perform title survey and zoning verification. 

● Issue policies and endorsements. 

● Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of legal issues related to real estate and  corporate matters. 

● Draft, review, and prepare legal documents including contracts, agreements, leases, closing  documents, letters of intent, and corporate filings. 

● Coordinate real estate closings. 

● Management of post-closing matters ensuring all involved parties are informed and documents  are accurately executed. 

● Maintain and organize legal files and documents ensuring accuracy, completeness, and  confidentiality. 

● Engage professionally and effectively in communication with clients, opposing counsel, and  relevant stakeholders. 

● Stay abreast of legal amendments and regulatory shifts pertinent to real estate and corporate  law, actively sharing insights and updates with the team.


Skills:


● Strong knowledge and experience in real estate law, including transactional matters, title  examination, and closings. 

● Proficiency in legal research, case management software, and document management systems.

● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and  manage multiple deadlines. 

● Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with  clients and colleagues. 

● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

● Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Spanish speaking is desired, but not required.


Starts at $65,000 and is dependent on experience
